• Significant experience using a modern object-oriented development language/framework such as .NET or Java
• Demonstrable experience working in a software development product team and with a product owner in a medium-sized enterprise
• Experience writing testable, readable, and maintainable code
• Broad understanding of enterprise application development
• Strong knowledge and experience in using SQL to manage data in relational database systems
• Strong knowledge and experience in the software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of the secure development lifecycle as set out in ISO27001:2022

• Understanding of and commitment to the values and principles expressed in the Agile Manifesto, and their importance in software development
• Strong knowledge and experience of Agile methodologies, in particular Scrum and Kanban
