Responsibilities:
As a Senior Development Manager at BaptistCare, you will be responsible formajor property development projects, driving them from concept to completion with strategic vision and innovative design.
Initially you will be responsible for a significant approved State Significant development in the Sydney area. Key focus on achieving the investment objectives through, feasibility analysis, design, asset delivery and management of the revenue forecasts and sales processes.
You will manage financial feasibility modelling and cashflow management, development programs, and risk while preparing compelling business cases for executive and Board approval. Leading and mentoring project teams, you will foster collaboration and excellence across all disciplines. Your role will involve engaging with stakeholders, ensuring seamless project sales and commissioning, and providing accurate, timely advice to senior management. You will also be responsible for evaluating market trends, developing risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring projects meet our high standard of excellence and align with our strategic goals.
