The new properties are either developed in house or as a lease with external developer partners. The role will be a direct report to The Head Of Development, working with the acquisitions, development and Interior Design teams. The work will span from initial appraisals, space planning, design, development through to practical completion. You will be able to handle multiple sites at all different and be able to effectively manage programmes, budgets, stakeholders, and external consultants. You will also deal with all aspects of Lamington Group’s non- hotel developments.
You will be handling many sites at all different stages of design and development, and will need to carefully manage and monitor programmes, budgets, stakeholders, and external consultants. You will work closely with property teams, vendors and project consultants to ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget, and executed to a high standard.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Ideally experience to include some of the following:
- Consultant appointments;
- Construction contracts;
- Design and implementation of change management;
- Full project budget modelling including FF&E and OS&E;
- Project programming;
- Reporting to internal and external financial stakeholders including development funders & monitoring surveyors;
- Hospitality/F&B operations: Knowledge of reduction of operational and embodied carbon strategies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel
- Knowledge of the full development process from viability studies, planning , detailed design , tender ,construction, fit out, handover and operation.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake day to day delivery of multiple projects
- Reviewing and commenting upon all aspects of project documentation
- Production of Project Execution Plans and programmes to deliver outputs
- Manage design teams in the development of design solutions
- Undertake project administration
- Ability to re-plan sketch layouts and design alternatives in CAD
- Monitor, manage and update Brand Guidelines and standards
- Development of project documentation, programmes, master budgets etc
- Monitor and manage project documentation and maintain a robust document management system
- Deliver projects with the framework of risk, sustainability and environmental considerations agreed at the business case/client brief stage, while maintaining focus on time, cost and quality.
- Monitor and report on the project progress and budget
- Manage and liaise with consultant teams and contractors to ensure that the design is done in compliance with the requirements
- Liaise with procurement and installation teams for FF&E and OS&E
- Assist and support in the handover of projects to the Operations team.
- Carry out post completion reports on projects
- Support as necessary refurbishment and upgrades to Lamington Serviced Apartments assets
