We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to take on the role of Senior Development Manager (Residential/Mixed-use/Office & Commercial). In this position, you will play a pivotal role in managing the development of diverse residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects, ensuring they align with our vision and strategic objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Economics, Economics, or a related field
• Must have a minimum of 9-12 years of relevant Real Estate Development experience in the development of residential, mixed-use, or commercial projects - essential
• Real Estate Development (concept to handover) is essential
• Middle East experience is preferable
• Client-side (Real Estate Developer) experience is essential
• Proven track record of successful project management from conception to completion.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in project management and relevant tools.

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of residential/mixed-use developments, as well as office and commercial projects.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies to assess project viability and identify opportunities.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations, ensuring all projects are delivered within scope and on time.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create innovative designs and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with external consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement strategies to mitigate those risks effectively.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with company goals.
• Mentor and develop team members to foster professional growth and enhance team performance.
• Stay informed on industry best practices and market trends to drive innovation within residential and commercial development initiatives.
