We’re seeking a Senior Development Project Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to our Vehicle Line Manager within the Vehicle Development department, you will work closely with the Development Managers to ensure a robust & efficient DVP is delivered on time and in budget. You will support vehicle fleet operation, ensuring all assets are fit for purpose, and execute hardware, software and instrumentation requirements.
This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our offices near Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation and delivery of the complete vehicle DVP
  • Monitor the execution of testing to ensure test efficiency, expeditious issue escalation, first level diagnosis and thorough documentation to appropriate standards
  • Hold cross functional reviews to support issues resolution across the development fleet operations.
  • Leads workstreams within multi-disciplined cross-functional attribute/system team
  • Support a fleet of development assets inclusive of vehicle, BIW’s and Rigs
  • Support the Development Lead to manage the hardware, software and instrumentation requirements are in place for all assets, tracking their representativeness and significance for test
