Your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the product development team, guiding them in product formulation, process optimization, and troubleshooting complex technical challenges
• Lead cross-functional teams in the development of new dairy products, range extensions, and process improvements, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively from concept to commercialisation
• Identify emerging trends, technologies, and processes in dairy product development and manufacturing, and evaluate their potential applicability to our business
• Conduct in-depth analysis of product formulations, processing methods, and ingredient functionality
• Oversee quality assurance activities, including product testing, shelf-life studies, and compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements
• Communicate project status, technical insights, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and insights to support decision-makin
