MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or other relevant field.
  • Expert level familiarity with Jira development, builds management and Git version control.
  • 3+ years in a DevOps capacity designing, deploying, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • 3+ years Python experience
  • 3+ years scripting experience with bash, cmd, or PowerShell
  • 3+ years experience in any other computer language

SKILLS

  • Develop, test and maintain build and deployment pipelines in CI/CD tools to automate and streamline deployment processes
  • Scale existing infrastructure to accommodate multiple parallel builds and automated testing
  • Install and maintain enterprise applications based on the LAMP stack
  • SQL databases design experience is a plus
  • Create and maintain Virtual Machines with Windows or Linux operating systems
  • Install and maintain physical computer and network equipment
  • System-level troubleshooting to identify and resolve high-level scalability and performance issues
  • Work on multiple simultaneous projects and prioritize actions to meet deadlines
  • Work independently and be adaptive to unfamiliar technologies

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

At ASM, the DevOps team enables our Software engineers to develop software that has immediate, tangible results visible in the operation of our semiconductor processing equipment. ASM equipment hardware includes robotics, gas valves, temperature controllers and many other components. Come join our team and have the opportunity to:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, build, deploy, train, and maintain hardware/software systems to allow Global Software team to develop and deploy first time right software.
  • Define and expand global best practices for software development and validation workflows.
  • Collaborate with Software QA to design, build, and deploy CI/CD pipelines.
  • Work with development and validation engineers to quickly resolve issues.
  • Work with IT team to drive Global Software needs and quickly resolve issues.
