YOUR MISSION:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a key role in building and maintaining a scalable, secure, and high-availability cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with development teams to implement and optimise DevOps practices across a variety of projects, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment pipelines and robust system architecture.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including services such as IAM, EC2, VPC, etc.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.
  • Solid understanding of containerisation technologies, including Docker.
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and CI/CD pipeline development.
  • Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.) for automation tasks.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Expertise with Kubernetes, EKS and Istio service mesh.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging solutions, such as Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK Stack.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments, including IAM, encryption, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:

  • Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
  • Knowledge of TradingView

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS.
  • Develop and implement automated infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.
  • Architect and implement cloud-based solutions that support high availability, disaster recovery, and security.
  • Monitor and ensure the reliability and performance of services in production environments.
  • Secure cloud environments by implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with security standards.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate and promote best DevOps practices, driving continuous integration and deployment.
  • Lead efforts in refining and improving the CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab or Jenkins.
