Description:

Connexure is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer in Atlanta, GA.
We’re seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer at Connexure with solid experience in DevOps, focusing on code management, release management, and CI/CD automation. You’ll design and manage infrastructure and processes to ensure efficient delivery of our SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate microservices’ build, test, and deployment.
  • Improve and optimize CI/CD workflows to enhance software’s efficiency, reliability, and speed.
  • Manage and optimize code repositories while implementing tools and processes to streamline code review, integration, and team collaboration.
  • Develop and manage the release process, ensuring smooth and coordinated feature and update rollouts.
  • Implement automated release tools for seamless deployments and rollbacks while designing and maintaining scalable, secure infrastructure for our SaaS solutions.
  • Utilize cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to manage and provision infrastructure resources.
  • Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and other operational issues.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure alignment and smooth integration of DevOps practices.
  • Effectively communicate infrastructure status, deployment progress, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and implement security best practices in all DevOps processes.
  • Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to protect infrastructure and applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT and security management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity.
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desired.
  • Proven experience in managing cloud infrastructure, with an emphasis on cost management and performance optimization.
  • Operational mindset with experience in managing teams through KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
  • Experience in the healthcare software industry or related fields is a strong plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
