JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking for an experienced DevOps Lead. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DevOps principles, cloud infrastructure, automation, and modern software development practices.
As a DevOps Lead, candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure DevOps solutions that enable efficient software development and delivery. Candidate will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to streamline processes, improve collaboration, and ensure high availability of our services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Specialist.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins & GitHub.
  • Proven experience with IaC tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
  • Experience with Git and branching strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Design and maintain Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
  • Ensure DevOps processes incorporate security best practices such as secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and secure software development.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications.
  • Build and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
  • Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Automate routine operational tasks and infrastructure management through scripting and orchestration tools
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for infrastructure, processes, and configurations.
