Responsibilities:

  • Automate repetitive tasks to eliminate manual toil using tools like Ansible, Rundeck, and GitLab pipelines.
  • Lead the transformation team with a focus on local business and cloud readiness.
  • Develop and maintain technology standards.
  • Design and implement monitoring solutions to ensure system health including automation and dashboard initiatives to improve technology team efficiencies.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across multiple operating systems and middleware technologies.
  • Drive performance optimization and system stability through proactive monitoring and tuning.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to enhance system performance and security.
  • Utilize Generative AI tools to streamline daily operations.
