REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Cloud Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS (EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.).
  • Kubernetes & IaC: Expert-level proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS CDK.
  • Programming Skills: Strong background in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and microservices architecture.
  • DevOps Best Practices: Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and application/infrastructure monitoring tools.
  • Certifications: At least one of the following:
  • AWS Solution Architect Associate/Professional
  • AWS Developer Associate
  • Kubernetes certifications (CKA or similar)
  • Observability: Experience with tools like New Relic, Prometheus, and ELK Stack.
  • Intermediate English proficiency for effective collaboration in an international environment.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and building reliable, scalable, and automated solutions for large-scale cloud environments. Your creativity and expertise will ensure system stability, while driving innovation and operational efficiency.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, using your technical skills to modernize platforms, automate processes, and solve complex problems. Your work will enable seamless application delivery, reduce downtime, and enhance the overall user experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Modernize and standardize Amazon EKS platforms and AWS Serverless Suites, utilizing the latest AWS managed services.
  • Automation: Eliminate toil by automating repetitive tasks, streamlining operational processes for scale and efficiency.
  • Kubernetes Expertise: Manage large-scale, mission-critical Kubernetes workloads with high resiliency and multi-region architecture.
  • Reliability: Establish baselines for governance, cost optimization, and performance to ensure zero-downtime applications.
  • Incident Management: Lead reliability incident management processes, perform root cause analysis, and create runbooks for efficient resolutions.
  • Collaboration: Work with application teams to design, build, and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions tailored to customer needs.
