Description:

We are looking for a Senior AMS DFT Engineer (m/f/d) with immediate effect. As a Senior AMS DFT Engineer at NXP Semiconductors, you will be responsible for semiconductor products used in RADAR applications in the industrial and automotive areas. You will develop state-of-the-art AMS Design-of-Test solutions according to our test and DFT strategy.
You ensure the continuous improvement of our designs and thus ensure the smooth transfer to industrial production. As a Senior AMS DfT Engineer, you will have the opportunity to research product technical and industrial requirements, and then developing and maximizing DfT solutions (like Vstress, ATB) including on-chip test utilities. You will work collaboratively with design, test engineers and IC architects to identify opportunities for resolution and improvement on next generation products.

EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master or comparable Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in DfT Specification/Implementation and verification is beneficial
  • Strong Knowledge in Analog Design
  • Experiences with design tools is beneficial (e.g. Mentor, Cadence)
  • Design Background in Radar IC architectures is beneficial
  • Analog/Mixed Signal & test engineering know-how is beneficial
  • Analytical, Strong Planning and Organizing Skills
  • Creativity / Innovative Ability / Team player
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge and experience in C/C++, MS Office, Windows, Linux, Python is beneficial

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for DfT Architecture definition and development with other SOC stake holders (SOC architect, design verification and program management)
  • Specification of the DfT concepts for Analog, mixed signal and mmWave IPs
  • Driving DfT Implementation and problem solving
  • Support of Test-& product engineers to enable fast ramp up of the test development.
  • Establish and maintain relationship to other sites, mainly Bangalore, Nijmegen, Toulouse, Hamburg
