JOB DESCRIPTION

My client is a creative marketing agency that believes it’s important to create an atmosphere where people can be themselves and concentrate on their creativity, teamwork, and collaboration.
This role is perfect for someone with around two years of 2 of experience, who is happy to work in an autonomous role, with all levels of seniority throughout the agency.
Location: Sheffield (hybrid)
Salary - £35K

Responsibilities:

  • Organising, creating, overseeing, and documenting Google & Social advertising efforts (mostly on Meta, but there are also interesting campaigns on TikTok and Spotify).
  • Independently setting up new accounts on different platforms and overseeing their onboarding.
  • Utilising analytical abilities to spot patterns and chances for optimising client campaigns.
  • Conducting research to support the sales team and provide insights for new business concepts.
  • Providing clients and perhaps senior team members with campaign performance reports.
  • Carrying out routine competition analysis.
  • Help clients grow their businesses by lowering CPA or raising ROAS.

Experience:

  • Two years or more of expertise in digital marketing.
  • Familiarity in running campaigns on Meta and Google. (Other channels may be used to deliver training).
  • Although not required, certification in Google and Meta advertising is preferred.
  • Expertise in data analysis and report generation for customers.
  • Prior agency experience is preferred but not required.
