Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE

We are looking for a full-time Digital Analyst (f/m/d) to join our team. As a pivotal member of our centralized Digital Analytics team, your role entails the dynamic tracking and in-depth analysis of our expansive digital product portfolio.

WHAT YOU´LL DO

  • Drive the planning, designing and implementation of client and server-side web tracking across a portfolio of digital channels and platforms
  • Translate business questions and use cases into analytical requirements into technical solutions in line with an ever-changing technology and regulations landscape
  • Help stakeholders, product owners, and marketing team to identify important web analytics metrics and gain insights to improve our online business.
  • Create analyses of visitor and usage behavior, design variant tests, and derive optimization measures in close cooperation with other departments
  • Create dashboards and reporting in web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Data Studio
  • Analyze and communicate data-based findings to stakeholders to drive better decisions
  • Design, conduct, and evaluate A/B tests
  • Create tracking and measurement concepts and standardize and optimize the possibilities of data collection
  • Identify, set up, and continuously optimize the best client and server-side tracking setup for our websites with the help of tag management systems (Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager)
