The Medtronic Diabetes Benelux team has an opportunity for a Senior Digital and Education Specialist Benelux who will support the development of a leading digital training & education platform. The Diabetes Operating Unit focuses on improving the lives of those within the diabetes community. Our portfolio of innovative solutions are designed to provide customers greater freedom and better health, helping them achieve better glucose control, while spending less time managing their disease.
This post will accelerate the safe uptake of Medtronic insulin pump therapy and continuous glucose monitoring devices at a national level, through the use of an online booking tool for patient appointments. We are looking for candidates willing to work at least 32 hours based in Benelux, preferably in Belgium or Luxemburg.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• At least 2 years’ experience in digital learning content development & system management role with basic degree or starter with an advanced degree
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both HCP’s
• Based in Benelux and fluent in Dutch, English and French
• Proven ability to run projects across multiple functions & stakeholders identifying process improvements
• Highly motivated, focused and with the ability to self-manage
• Ability to communicate within a matrix management structure and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Comfortable working remotely with potential travel required up to 25%

• Lead the digital education strategy for Benelux in collaboration with the training & education team, sales and marketing teams to execute the wider UK, Ireland and BeNeLux (UKIB) strategies
• Coordinate digital training & educationactivities with UKIB and EMEA education and marketing teams and collaborate with the French education and marketing teams when required
• Coordinate translations for education materials, HCP website and online learning platforms
• Explaining to the patient in virtual mode the correct management and use of the devices in compliance with the procedures and guidelines of the remote activity
• Plan, implement, for Benelux regional commercial and education teams digital program pages, event, webinar on digital learning management systems for both internal and external audiences, as per the Benelux & UKI product education digital education strategic priorities
• Implement standardized digital programs, courses, events, webinar reporting framework for digital learning management systems on approved analytics and survey tools
• Actively learning about the digital training methodology and technologies for effective program delivery
