Description:

  • Job Title – Digital Content Senior Executive
  • Location – BL9 8RR
  • Working rota – Monday - Friday
  • Working hours – 40 hours
    Role overview:
    The Purpose of this role is to work alongside the digital teams to maintain and develop the creative content across all digital channels. You will be responsible for working alongside various teams including marketing, creative and development to project manage all digital campaigns from brief to delivery ensuring creative consistency and best-in-class customer journey is executed across all channels. As a senior you will also be responsible for supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years’ experience in content-focused/holistic marketing role with demonstrated experience in multiple formats
  • Committed to working as part of a team
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, delivering creative output
  • Working knowledge of omni-channel best practices
  • Knowledge and experience of commercial online marketing within eCommerce retailling is esstential (ideally within the fashion industry)
  • Experience of developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Experience of planning online content
  • Experience of using eCommerce applications such as MESH, Fred Hopper, Google Analytics
  • A degree in marketing/online marketing – or any subject with obvious transferable skills

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be the authority on all creative and customer facing aspects of the size? Group websites, ensuring we achieve our goal of being a best-in-class e-commerce sites.
  • Work with trade and marketing teams on ensuring all relevant product is being promoted and showcased in the best way possible in line with trading plans.
  • Briefing creative teams and managing the roll out of assets to suit all channels and teriroties.
  • Working with the wider team to develop site improvements and drive innovation that increases onsite conversion, view product and add to cart across desktop and mobile.
  • Ensure that the customer journey is smooth and effective from all marketing touch points through to purchase.
  • Continually monitor competitor activity and relevant creative sources for inspiration and share with the wider team.
  • Manage campaigns and promotional activity to ensure timed content hits deadline
  • Review site metrics to understand and optimise performance, making sure set clear and measurable actions to improve KPIs.
  • Support and deliver key projects that are outlined as part of the digital strategy.
  • Work with relevant teams to improve processes and communication across departments.
  • Daily site crawling to ensure everything is up to date

ROLE OBJECTIVES AND KPI’S:

  • Work with wider teams to continually improve the process needed to deliver the best-in-class and on-time work.
  • Be a key super user of all CSM tools, understanding scope and limitations to ensure optimised.
  • Work with trade team to understand sales targets and support in taking actions to deliver plan.
  • Be aware and understand key cost lines and how we can improve the site information and content in order to maximise Profit ie, customer contact, returns etc.
  • Work with marketing and creative to ensure full digital requirements are given and executed.
  • Understand and support individual channel targets to deliver the right content needed to achieve plans.
  • Help improve site conversion and view product by ensuring best in class creative is executed – with sign off responsibilities.
  • Support and influence the UX team to ensure regular testing takes place on-site to improve user journey and conversion.
  • Develop strong relationships across the business including with the merchandising, marketing, retail & buying teams.
