Are you an experienced senior insights professional who has the capabilities to mentor and support other members of the team? Are you advanced in the use of Google Analytics skills and Big Query with knowledge of the full GA marketing stack?
If so, you might think this role is perfect for you. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Digital Insight Analyst to join our Digital Analytics team on a permanent basis. Your main purpose as the Senior Digital Insight Analyst will be to support and lead our digital analytics team to provide and develop best-in-class insights and reporting from our digital data. You’ll have regular contact with our stakeholders proactively sharing actionable insights and driving change based on our understanding of customer behaviour to improve performance. You’ll have a good understanding of complex business objectives to identify trends and/or commercial opportunities which will help drive product and website development decisions.
To be the best in this role you’ll be proactive working with data, with the ability to bring it to life by storytelling in a digestible way. You’ll have good knowledge of building sophisticated dashboards and reports in Data Studio & PowerBI, as well as experience of translating complex datasets into actionable insights to a range of stakeholders. Strong prioritisation and stakeholder management skills are important, as is your knowledge of Content Square and hands-on working experience in Google Big Query & Google Cloud Platform. You’ll have excellent leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively and role model smart working. This is a remote role within the UK, Copenhagen, or office based in Guernsey.
