Are you a driven and results-oriented digital marketing expert? BioPhorum is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our commercial B2B strategies, targeting the global biopharmaceutical industry. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that generate leads and fuel revenue growth for BioPhorum’s products and services.
As our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee and optimize a variety of marketing channels, including advertising, social media, and digital communications, to maximize engagement and drive lead generation. We’re seeking a dynamic leader, strategic thinker, and data-driven marketer with a proven track record in managing successful B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Extensive experience in B2B digital marketing roles
- Demonstrable experience in team leadership
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience working collaboratively with sales and product teams
- Experience in content planning and creation, with excellent copy writing skills
- Experience in B2B lead generation, with demonstrable success in of developing MQL and SQL focussed campaigns
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, CMS, EMS and CRM

Responsibilities:
- Platform Optimisation: Lead on audit of current system capabilities, including automated marketing, CRM and CMS, and develop roadmap for onward enhancements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our product and commercial teams to understand our customers’ needs, build compelling value propositions, positioning statements and product marketing plans that drive commercial success
- Driving Revenue: Create and implement cross channel marketing plans to boost BioPhorum awareness, increase engagement and generate leads for sales team colleagues
- Brand Visibility: Execute effective marketing plans that increase our brand recognition and credibility, and that strengthen our positioning as industry leaders and agents of change
- Digital Effectiveness: Work with our Technology Team, Content Teams, and our CRM and email marketing platforms to create automated and targeted communications that maximise engagement and lead generation
- Digital Asset Creation: Work with the Content Team and external agencies to lead on the development and promotion of unique and engaging video and webinar content that maximises reach and engagement
- SEO: Work with our web providers to develop and implement a focused organic content strategy, and ensure all new content is created with SEO first in mind
- Digital Advertising: Develop and implement a multi-channel paid media programme that extends BioPhorum’s presence in target sectors and drives inbound enquiries
- Operational Excellence: Establish KPIs, promote a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, and optimise BioPhorum’s B2B digital marketing activity
- Market Insight: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partner insights to enhance marketing planning and performance
- Digital Marketing Planning: Manage all digital budgets and support the Head of Marketing with wider reporting where needed, ensuring all reporting is up to date and spend and MQL and SQL results accurately reported
- Team Leadership: Lead a responsive and commercial team, guiding their daily priorities, overseeing their work, and fostering their professional development
