- Job Title: Senior Digital Media Executive
- Level & Responsibility: This role is at a Senior Executive level or equivalent. Use this space to include other relevant job titles e.g. this role might be better known as OOH specialist in other businesses.
- Salary: £40k+ per annum, depending on experience plus a 10% bonus scheme
- Location & Hybrid Working: London, every other Thursday (team day)
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As a Senior Digital Media Executive (OOH) you will be responsible for managing and executing best-in-class OOH campaigns for clients across two key SMG agencies Capture, and BMG. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end campaign booking and management process across primarily OOH, but also other channels including Print, and Offer Apps, delivering impactful campaigns that meet client objectives and drive measurable results, whilst strategically maximising revenue for the agency.
You will lead the management, development and growth of existing relationships across media owners and partners, securing competitive rates, late deals, discounted sites, and longer-term commercial agreements, while consistently seeking to enhance campaign performance and revenue opportunities.
You will be an OOH, Print, and Offer Apps media expert and a reliable source of knowledge for the Capture/BMG client teams, offering guidance and recommendations on channel tactics, partners, and out-of-scope media/innovation opportunities.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Lead the full end-to-end campaign management, managing the process from brief to evaluation and coordinating responses between client teams and media owners.
- Manage media owner relationships across OOH, Print, and Offer Apps. This includes building and growing our existing relationships, as well as meeting with new media owners to grow our media portfolio.
- Regularly communicate with media owners on wider team/business/client updates.
- Interact with client teams as necessary on campaign ideation, campaign planning, booking process. Provide them with regular updates on campaign performance, optimisations and insights.
- Understanding campaign results and trends, to help inform future campaigns.
- Create formalised media plans across designated media channels and assist with creating proposal/pitch content.
Maximise added value to clients where possible on media buys through late rates, bonus inventory, preferential rates or commercial deals.Explore new media opportunities and drive innovation where you see the benefit.

- Proven experience in end-to-end campaign booking and management processes.
- Strong negotiation skills, with established relationships across OOH and print owners.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage media budgets, maximise added value, and drive financial performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering commercial success for the agency and clients.
- Understanding of the total media environment, with a focus on retail media or eCommerce.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks across multiple projects and agencies.
- Highly organised, with good attention to detail.
- Good, workable understanding of Excel and PowerPoin
