THE OPPORTUNITY

Thinkingbox is in search of a Senior Digital and Content Producer to design, plan, organize, and execute our integrated marketing projects and production. We’re looking for a pro with a min four years’ hands-on experience managing both digital and content campaigns—digital-based activity including web platform design and development and content production for video, photography, and animation. This individual is extremely detail-oriented, strategically-minded, able to analyze opportunities, foresee challenges, and handle multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive digital and content projects from initial concept to delivery across multiple platforms
  • Apply creative and strategic thinking to projects in collaboration with your team
  • Develop, document and manage project parameters including scope, schedule, budgets
  • Manage, motivate, and ensure thorough communication with all stakeholders including teams of creatives, developers, vendors, suppliers and contractors
  • Proactively communicate with clients about production recommendations, risks, challenges, solutions and closely manage expectations
  • Monitor budgets, establish project plans and processes to avoid scope creep, budget overages, or efficiency issues
  • Experience scoping projects, productions and activations with $500k+ budgets
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Manage live projects in the field including logistics, setup, trouble-shooting, problem solving
  • Constantly identify project risks, requirements, and opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with other producers and support the MD/EP in various administrative tasks as needed
