Job Summary
The Senior Digital Product Analyst will be responsible for researching, collecting, and analyzing data across all of Shake Shack’s digital ecosystem, which includes all of our first party digital products (app, web, and kiosk) and our digital marketing channels(paid, pay-to-play, and owned & operated. The Senior Digital Product Analyst leads comprehensive analysis and insight gathering to help the business & digital partners make informed decisions about the evolution of our digital guest experiences and digital marketing strategies. Working closely with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external collaborators, this role will be instrumental in analyzing and visualizing data from a variety of platforms and services, while also pushing the organization to mature its utilization and understanding of these insights.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
Data Analysis & Visualization: Own the analysis and visualization of Shake Shack’s marketing and product efforts related to digital marketing, kiosk, app, and web, applying the insights learned about guest behavior to assess platform and campaign effectiveness
Digital Marketing & Product Funnel Analysis: Collaborate closely with the digital product, design, and digital marketing teams in conducting funnel & cohort level analysis, identifying roadmap and business opportunities based on learnings
Digital Marketing Dashboarding: Partner with the Digital Marketing team, agencies and vendors to develop and maintain actionable dashboards and reports that will guide strategic decision-making
Digital Product Dashboarding: Enable self-service reporting for stakeholders throughout the organization for critical business metrics by creating & maintaining dashboards and reporting tools
Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Data, and Guest Insights counterparts in the governance of data orchestration needed to enable analysis by providing requirements and guidance on needed capabilities, including translating functional requirements between the business and engineering to ensure functional requirements match the needs of the business
Analytics Tracking: Own analytics requirements, defining & testing what events should be implemented in order to track feature and project successes
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Direct data analysis and data visualization required
Ability to take complex data and visualize it into a business story
Direct experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery, and Snowflake required
Experience with mParticle, Braze, customer insights platforms, and Tableau a plus
Strong SQL development skills desired, writing complex queries and stored procedures with SQL
Strong knowledge of best practices for dashboards and visualizations is required
Excellent communicator with internal and external partners at all levels of an organization
Effectively manage time across competing priorities to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Education or Certificate Details Work Experience

Related Experience
Direct experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery, and Snowflake required • Strong SQL development skills desired, writing complex queries and stored procedures with SQL
Data visualization experience with a strong preference for Tableau proficiency
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel pivot tables and data cleaning
Familiarity with CDPs and marketing automation platforms preferred
