Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Help drive the execution of our product portfolio, assisting in the development and acceleration of our digital products and solutions while delivering exceptional value to our customers and ensuring robust alignment with broader business objectives.

WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A NORMAL DAY?

  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Lead in-depth analysis of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform and influence product strategy and decision-making.
  • Strategic Prioritisation: Make decisions on feature prioritization, balancing market trends, competitive pressures, and strategic business goals.
  • Product Backlog Management: Oversee the management of the product backlog, ensuring that development teams remain focused on delivering high-value features based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage a broad range of stakeholders, including end-users, business Analysts, and technical teams, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision.
  • User Advocacy: Serve as the primary advocate for end-users, ensuring that their needs and pain points are at the forefront of product design and development.
  • Refinement of Epics and User Stories: Break down complex epics into detailed user stories, define acceptance criteria, and guide the estimation of effort and resources.
  • Collaboration with Development Teams: Partner closely with development teams during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups to ensure clarity and alignment on goals.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Foster and lead collaboration between business, design, and development teams to deliver high-quality, innovative products.
  • Release Planning and Execution: Strategically plan releases, coordinate feature launches, manage stakeholder expectations, and monitor product performance to drive iterative improvements and achieve business outcomes.
