We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong digital expertise to join our Strategic Project Office in a 6-month fixed-term role. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our internal strategic projects and change initiatives are successful at T+T. Primarily you will be managing digital initiatives, creating, and implementing change strategies and plans, with a focus on maximising delivery success and employee adoption.
It’s a busy and exciting role, one that will allow you to understand the strategic direction of our business and work with a broad range of stakeholders to achieve strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and define the scope of digital projects in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans outlining tasks, timeline, resources, budget, and delivery methodologies.
  • Oversee project teams, coordinating designers, developers, and other professionals to deliver the project efficiently.
  • Develop change management strategies and plans for projects and/or change initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and deliver communications relevant to initiatives.
  • Facilitate and contribute to the evaluation of potential technology to ensure that it meets T+T requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration with other initiatives and organisational processes.
  • Monitor and manage potential project risks and issues, developing contingencies when necessary.
  • Ensure delivery of project milestones to the defined timelines and within the budget.
  • Focus on good commercial outcomes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand the ‘user experience’ and enable successful user adoption.
  • Ensure key stakeholders of the project are kept engaged from concept through to implementation of all activities, obtaining approvals and commitment to project outcomes at key gates.
  • Oversee the effective management of third-party suppliers working on the project.
  • Ensure appropriate approvals are obtained and documented regarding any changes to project scope, budget, time etc.
