SKILLS THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and/or Engineering related discipline. MBA or PhD are considered a plus.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in fuels, industrial lubricants and/or additives, specialty chemical, petrochemical industries, equipment manufacturers or adjacent industries.
• A minimum of 5 years people leadership experience
• Experience with technology commercialization or technical service.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Financial acumen and analytical capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in multifunctional, global teams.
• Ability to be self-driven and work under minimum supervision.
• Intellectual curiosity, willingness to learn and openness to change.
• Ability to travel as needed (up to 25%)
• Fluent English oral and written communication

As Senior Director Additives Technology, you’ll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving technology delivery, new product commercialization, technical support, and execution of strategic initiatives. As a leader of a team of managers overseeing specific technology areas and testing laboratories, technical talent development will be an important part of your role. You’ll report to the VP Additives Technology and collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. Your work will directly impact our business results by supporting the region’s growth plans and strategic initiatives.
