The Senior Director for BPO Management will spearhead our Accounting Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) strategy, driving excellence in overseeing and optimizing the activities within our external BPO partner. This person will partner closely with the VP Finance and various members of the Finance senior leadership team to drive CFO organization and company initiatives.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders; consultative and collaborative style that allows for influence without authority
- Strong communication and presentation skills and a demonstrated track record of working effectively with senior level executives
- Ability to clearly assess complex issues, communicate them in a clear and concise manner, and develop appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Technologically proficient, especially with Excel and other Microsoft Office Applications
- Enthusiastic, positive professional attitude with integrity and reliability
- Strategic individual who can see the “big picture” and be future thinking
- Experience working in a global organization with knowledge of application of intercompany and transfer pricing structures
- Experience partnering with or managing a BPO team an advantage
- Resilient – able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
REQUIRED/PREFERRED EDUCATION AND LICENSES
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, and/or professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA) preferred
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience, preferably in a dynamic international organization. Big 4 experience an advantage
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting
- Knowledge of the following systems an advantage: SAP S/4 HANA, BPC, Oracle, Blackline, Concur
- International travel required e.g. meet with BPO partner in India at least once per year

Responsibilities:
- Drive the vision and strategy for end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) Accounting operations and processes
- Reviewer responsibility for ex-US entity trial balances, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Provide accounting policy application guidance to Global Finance (FP&A) and other business partners as needed for ex-US geography
- Oversee General Ledger operations for all global operations
