Seeking a high potential candidate to fill a critical role on the IQVIA Laboratories FP&A team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Req
  • 15 years’ experience in Finance including 5 years´ line management experience
  • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Req
  • Strong working knowledge of technical accounting skills.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Strong skills with Oracle forecasting applications preferred.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, influence and motivate others.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Function as FP&A Head for the Central Labs business unit and finance partner for the Central Labs GM. This includes:
    o Supporting the Central Labs GM and other leadership with reporting, presentations, and analysis

o Creating explanations for variance analysis and decision making, developing business plans and tracking/reporting of any business improvement or strategic opportunities

  • Manage team responsible for forecasting, ad hoc analysis, revenue recovery activities, capex review and prioritization, and participate in transformation initiatives.
  • This individual must be able to lead their team to meet regular deliverables related to forecasting and business support while making steady progress in various transformation efforts.
  • Support / represent the VP Finance in other areas, special projects, task forces, etc. as requested.
