Responsibilities:
- Facilitates information flow up, down, cross-stream and cross border; Makes sure the right people get the right information at the right time.
- Expertly manage team of direct reports to provide best in class strategy and account management across direct, programmatic, performance and broadcast business lines
- Serve as Canada’s key point of contact for Studio Resonate in establishing the creative production process.
- Reviews creative assets and provides guidance to clients on requirements to meet SiriusXM Canada standards.
- SiriusXM Canada’s advocate for new products/features across Campaign Optimization & Insights, Product, Data and Research.
- Interprets SiriusXM Canada Advertising Guidelines and makes exception/approval decisions.
- Manages internal approvals and service contract reviews.
- Provides overflow support for team as required.
- Identifies inefficiencies and provides well-considered solutions with analytical rigor.
- Participates in strategic projects that impact and influence the SiriusXM Canada services roadmap.
- Effectively delegates appropriate projects throughout Canadian solutions and success organization, acts as Canada’s main point of pre/post sales strategy for multi market initiatives.
- Key point of contact with Finance department in regard to billing requests/issues.
- Acts as a business partner with sales leadership to deliver Canadian revenue goals and key business initiatives.
- Cultivates positive business relationships with clients and sales, sales development, sales research, and technical teams.
- Provides leadership and manages team members while fostering career development conversations.
- Advocate for Canadian pre/post sales team across the broader SiriusXM organization.
- Removes barriers for team members by working cross functionally to solve complex issues on custom campaign elements.
