EXPERIENCES WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree or greater in Computer Science, Data Sciences, Supply Chain Operations, Management of Information Systems, Engineering or Business Management or related discipline
  • MBA / Graduate degree or progressive educational certificate preferred
  • 15+ years of functional experience in the business function
  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain and/or facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects, based on management objectives
  • Profound understanding of the CPG industry and how to use change management best practices, disciplines, and technology to achieve business objectives
  • Corporate or consulting experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of Team Leader experience
  • Ability to provide strategic technical leadership and lead by influence the creation of long-term strategy (e.g., more than 3 years) roadmaps in a virtual environment aligning and communicating with all levels of the business (senior executives leadership through end users)
  • Ability to communicate and influence multi-disciplinary teams developing strong partnerships across functions to drive measurable collaboration, consensus and operational results
  • Leadership experience in digital strategy deployment and uses of automation in world-class production facilities
  • Functional knowledge of manufacturing operations – including but not limited to the following functions: planning/forecasting, supply management, procurement, sales and operations planning, engineering, production scheduling, maintenance, production controls, quality control, inventory management, supply chain, warehouse and distribution
  • Track record of project delivery success that should include: System Implementation / Integration, cost savings, process improvement, production capacity improvement,
  • Strong functional knowledge of ERP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with broad IT expertise in various disciplines (system development, infrastructure) and new technologies
  • Keen technical skills and demonstrable ability to assess needs, identify issues, recommend alternatives and implement and lead change
  • Demonstrated capability in making timely, difficult decisions to ensure critical business needs and timelines are met
  • Experience in supplier management, Project Management, Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills, demonstrated organizational and leadership skills, examples of effective teamwork, a track record of consistently meeting deadlines and due dates
  • Superb communication skills, written and verbal, utilizing a clear and concise manner across various levels of the organization
  • Excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, cultural awareness and professional maturity with executive presentation experience, comfortable interacting with senior executive leadership, lead, facilitate and manage change effectively
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Ability to Travel may be required to support the business (up to 30%)

Responsibilities:

Kimberly-Clark is looking for an ambitious, self-driven and talented individual to lead our Digital Manufacturing Strategy, Transformation, & Technology team. In this role, you will be accountable for digital technology capabilities defined and delivered to the K-C Enterprise Supply Chain functions, partnering with the Supply Chain Executive Leadership team across the core pillars including Make, Planning, Sourcing, Moving, Delivering and Customer Service.
Provide leadership, coordination, and direction for management of the open portfolio of business activities in the 2-5-year business horizon to ensure delivery of supply chain transformation agenda. This leadership role will drive and prioritize resource deployment in pursuit of exceptional service and total transformation cost savings. This role has a team of 12 direct reports.
