Job Description Summary: Our Global Markets European organisation is seeking a high-performing Senior Director to lead the commercial Enterprise teams in our German, Austrian and Swiss markets. The focus for the Enterprise teams is to develop and execute commercial growth strategies with the largest companies in the region. This includes acquiring new merchant customers by unlocking holdouts and penetrating new verticals. It also includes cross-/ upselling to our existing merchants base and ensuring our customers’ ongoing success with our products and services. The Senior Director Enterprise DEATCH is responsible for driving incremental sales as well as portfolio growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about payments & commerce and has a proven track record in Sales and Customer Success Management. They have experience in defining commercial strategies, setting direction, and influencing & unifying stakeholders at all levels of the organisations to create value for customers and drive business outcomes. The role is highly visible in the organisation and reports into the VP & Managing Director Germany, Austria & Switzerland, within the Global Markets Organisation. It involves frequent collaboration with senior leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Engineering, and with operational teams across the company. It includes meeting with key customers virtually and in person.
