What You Will Be Doing: As the Leader of Executive Coaching Strategy and Team Effectiveness, you will:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for executive coaching that aligns with Worldpay’s business goals.
- Manage relationships with coaching vendors to bring the executive coaching strategy to life.
- Serve as a key partner for executives regarding talent and team development.
- Facilitate the transformation of executive teams into high-functioning units that excel in collaboration and decision-making.
- Create initiatives that focus on building healthy team dynamics and fostering a culture of trust and accountability.
- Leverage extensive experience working with executive leaders to provide targeted coaching and development programs.
- Facilitate executive team development and strategy sessions.
