Description:
The Coca-Cola Company, a global beverage leader with a rich history of over 138 years and a portfolio of over 200 brands worldwide, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Operations Senior Director.
In this role, you will consistently lead, inspire, steward and align the Coca-Cola Company (KO) system in creating a shared vision (common destination). As a leader, your should champion the ‘Winning Franchise Model’ in 21st century context and drive set KPIs for the system.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- 10 years+ of Franchise Leadership roles in several businesses/geographies
- +5 years of Commercial experience and P&L management
- Contributed to significant business/franchise relationship turnaround
- People manager with excellent leadership capability, able to work in a diverse cultural environment, highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels
- Worked with the relevant bottler (preferred not required)

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the alignment and execution of the Operating Unit Business Plan in CAM Sur (Costa Rica, Panamá y Nicaragua) with bottler (KO FEMSA) across all channels and full portfolio.
- General management accountability full KO Portfolio, Deliver volume, share, revenue and income goals, providing and enhancing strategic imperatives as necessary.
- Drive top line growth for all KO Portfolio by Execution of Revenue Management (including the management and implementation of a price / packing strategy that maximizes the value that consumers’ perceive for our brands, leading to increased Company income
- Ensure the execution Winning at the Point of Sales (Affordability / Recruitment, Availability, and Market Assets)
- Ensure the execution, tracking and performance of the Business Plan, long term vision of the Franchise and other strategic initiatives in Peru
- Ensure the alignment and execution of short & long term investments
- Accountable for managing local key accounts, align and implement the defined global and regional customer plans, leading the customer relationship model through Peru, including all channels (modern trade, on premise, convenience stores, pharmacies, wholesalers, digital, etc.)
- Support the stakeholder agenda for Peru: Government relations, public affairs, Customers, etc. and represents TCCC in the local geography in certain forums.
- Reinforce the cultural transformation to enable the network organization to succeed across the system.
