Global Coffee RTD is projected to be one of the fastest-growing beverage categories. The Global Ventures Team is leading TCCC’s growth in this space and is seeking a dynamic Senior Director to join them on the journey to lead expansion plans for Costa RTD and advance commercial strategy in our existing markets. Costa RTD Coffee is currently available in UK, China, US and Japan. We aspire to expand RTD Coffee into new territories in the next few years based on proven models in UK & China.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 15 years of relevant work experience with knowledge of the beverage or CPG industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proven track record of working as a leader to successfully lead projects/businesses with end-end scope, experience in Franchise Leadership, Commercial/Customer Execution, Business Development and RGM
  • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate with cross-functional teams
  • Has led complex workstreams & delivered end-end business cases

Responsibilities:

  • Business Strategy: Setting and leading the RTD Coffee expansion plan to new markets with end-end business case
  • Franchise Leadership: Leading the communication and relationship with our System partner, responsible from System Alignment for the determined geographies of expansion
  • Commercial/Customer Story: Creates picture of success in commercial/customer execution for the existing and new markets working in collaboration with the GV RGM team. Ensures best practice sharing among the markets
  • Performance Management: Leads the commercial performance management routines with existing countries and follows up relevant action plan. Determines the critical KBIs for existing and new launch markets through relevant scorecards.
  • People Leadership: Works in matrix organization with Finance, RGM, Central Marketing and Supply Chain. Leads the launch project for expansion markets through a complex and senior group of people as part of expansion plan under multiple workstreams.
