Global Coffee RTD is projected to be one of the fastest-growing beverage categories. The Global Ventures Team is leading TCCC’s growth in this space and is seeking a dynamic Senior Director to join them on the journey to lead growth in United Kingdom. Costa brand is the most loved coffee chain in UK over a consistent 14 years with wide store presence. Costa RTD Coffee was introduced in 2021 and we are in the stage of building the brand in this fast growing category. The Senior Director will work across the cross-functional team, leading the business strategy, commercial agenda and P&L of the category in UK. This role will require a know-how and experience in franchise leadership, business strategy, commercial execution and P&L management.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 15 years of relevant work experience with knowledge of the beverage or CPG industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proven track record of working as a leader to successfully lead projects/businesses with end-end scope, experience in Franchise Leadership, fundamentals know-how in brand management, commercial execution and RGM
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy: Setting the business strategy of RTD Coffee, preparing and delivering Long-range plan and Annual Business Plan. Responsible from end-end execution of brand and commercial plans in UK.
- Franchise Leadership: Leading the communication and relationship with our System partner, responsible from System Alignment
- P&L Management: End-end P&L accountability for UK RTD Coffee business- ensuring financial targets are met.
- Performance Management: Tracks performance based on aligned KBIs, works on situation assessment, marketplace information from local teams to support the brand and business objectives. Prepares contingency plans where/if needed.
- People Leadership: Leads a team of frontline brand managers and operation manager as direct report. Works in matrix organization with Finance, RGM, Central Marketing and Supply Chain.
