Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Drive revenue generation by setting ambitious sales targets, monitoring sales performance, and consistently exceeding targets. Implement strategies to capture new business opportunities and expand market share.
  • Manage and develop a dynamic sales team. Foster a high-performance culture, provide guidance, and set clear expectations to ensure individual and collective success. Provide ongoing training and coaching to foster skills development and enhance product knowledge.
  • Maintain and enhance the sales process to maximize effectiveness and adoption. Implement best practices and sales methodologies to improve sales productivity.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with Product Management & Marketing as well as R&D and Operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts, monitor sales metrics, and provide regular reports to General Manager/executive leadership. Support PM & Marketing team by identifying and presenting market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop entry strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, finance, and operations to align sales efforts with overall company objectives and ensure best execution.
  • Manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective execution of sales initiatives.
  • Produce monthly reports outlining both current and proposed activities, customer visits, revenue statuses, and revenue forecasts.
  • Reinforce use of Sales Tools (Salesforce) to meet sales objectives by maintaining and developing the customer pipeline and ensuring real-time CRM usage for data gathering.
