Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Director, Commercial Growth & Monetization, Pandora (all genders) to join on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. Pandora consists of three brands foodora, foodpanda & yemeksepeti operating in 18 different country organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Over 12 years of decision-making experience at the company level, including P&L accountability.
  • Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup or technology environments.
  • Ideal candidate will have a blend of consulting experience or a similar background, with a proven track record of business achievements and international exposure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as this high-visibility role involves close collaboration with countries and cross-functional teams both regionally and globally.
  • Since this is a new team, a strong desire and willingness to build and establish processes from the ground up is crucial.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and actionably.
  • Team player who believes in achieving excellence through both exceptional output and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving merchant commercial strategy and performance across 18 markets in Europe, Turkey and APAC (foodora, Yemeksepeti & foodpanda).
  • Scale new monetization channels, including advertisement solutions business through local account-management/merchant-success teams and co- funded deals
  • Led enterprise-accounts team to design JBPs, drive clients’ business strategy, and launch new initiatives with Global Key Accounts
  • Regional POC for various strategic projects for merchant sellers, including preferred partnerships & seller price-parity across platforms
  • Build a strong account management team in all the markets, providing training, execution support and tools.
