RESPONSABILITIES:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
- Lead talent development, training and succession planning initiatives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by implementing employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Optimize HR processes and tools to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Support managers in performance management and the development of their teams.
- Actively contribute to diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Director, Human Resources plays a strategic role in implementing HR initiatives to ensure the growth and success of Groupe Nordik. With your leadership and expertise, you will support the executive team and managers in talent management, process optimization, and the creation of a work environment aligned with the company’s values.
