Description:
The Senior Director will lead the national partnerships with both Arby’s and Jimmy John’s, focusing on creating mutually beneficial short-term and long-term growth opportunities. We seek an individual with high standards for quality and integrity who values being a key part of a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will consistently exceed expectations to ensure Arby’s and Jimmy John’s receive the utmost value from their partnership with Coca-Cola. The role requires experience in leading a cross-functional team, delivering innovative business solutions to drive growth, strategic thinking with the ability to lead the execution of those strategies, and the ability to build value-based relationships across all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.
CUSTOMER VALUE CREATION CAPABILITIES
- Skilled in account management, communication, and collaboration
- Manage complex customer relationships deeply and broadly
- Balance short-term and long-term priorities to build collaborative, results-driven relationships
- Understand customers’ systems, drivers, goals, and deliver customized solutions
- Identify, lead and launch new opportunities, products, and innovation projects
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage resources to implement Joint Business Plans for beverage category growth
- Execute business plans with distinction, regularly stewarding results.
- Engage with senior leaders internally and externally
- Support international expansion efforts and related projects
STRONG FINANCE AND ANALYTICS CAPABILITIES
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance and identify growth opportunities to inform strategy for growth
- Develop relevant business performance scorecards and support appropriate HQ and franchise community routines to monitor performance and identify potential opportunities and risks.
- Use industry information to develop actionable insights for mutual growth
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Related Work Experience: At least 5-7 years of successful sales account management or related experience.
Position based in: Atlanta, GA
Travel: 25% (0-25% selection)

Pay Range:$158,000 - $187,000
