REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in residential leasing or property management, with a focus on large-scale developments.
• Proven track record of successful leasing strategies and high occupancy rates.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations.
