Senior Director Luxury Sales EMEA

Responsibilities:

  • Foster a robust coaching culture within your team, embedding Hilton’s values and purpose-driven engagement principles for effective collaboration.
  • Assist the team in meeting sales targets by conducting thorough account qualification, including the identification of key factors such as the number of events, total revenue potential, booking patterns and history, decision-making criteria, resources, competition, and the specific needs of the event, business, and individuals.
  • Identify, recruit, and assign top talent within the team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Generate business leads for all Hilton hotels and drive focused sales solicitation plans for the distressed, holiday, and need period hotels.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with hotels by participating in client introductions, resolving conflicts, negotiating contracts, providing hotel support, and closing sales.
  • Champion and support effective documentation of customer activity in Salesforce.
  • To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Luxury travel/hospitality experience in a revenue-generating or commercial role
  • Experience leading sales teams
  • Significant sales experience in luxury hospitality, including negotiating sales contracts and partnership agreements
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations
  • Travel - approximately 25 % (both domestic and international
