About The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Leader to guide a high performing team of marketers and a new level of impact for Bosa Properties. Reporting to the VP of Brand, Marketing and Communications, our Senior Director will oversee the marketing function across our portfolio of products and our corporate brand - with oversight of the digital marketing team. This individual will have a unique opportunity to connect our brands to our customers, and create seamless campaigns designed to drive impact.

• Deliver marketing strategy, planning and multi-channel integration across our full portfolio and corporate ecosystem, founded in a deep understanding of our customers;
• Lead the creation of campaign plans that connect the right customers to our products and services with thoughtful campaigns that acquire, retain and engage, on budget and on time;
• Lead the execution of marketing activations and experiences that convert the hearts and minds of customers to take action;
• Drive innovation in our digital environments and marketing toolkit as the leader of our digital team;
• Integrate our physical environments with our digital channels for seamless customer journeys across our touchpoints – inclusive of our experiential galleries;
• Guide our team to deliver best in class creative, content and channel execution that meets the expectation of the Bosa Properties brand;
• Lead and engage the marketing team by leveraging each unique skillset to deliver the best results for our partners and clients;
• Support the winning aspiration of ‘most trusted brand in real estate’ with corporate marketing campaigns, and stewardship of the corporate brands;
• Manage the marketing budget and maximize our revenue targets and profitability.

What You Bring:

• Twelve (12) + years of experience working in marketing, with at least 5 years managing a team of people;
• Proven ability to create marketing strategy and provide coaching to help others develop the skillset;
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic, complex and integrated environment;
• Ability to collaborate with large cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, influencing the point of view to action and maintaining trust and integrity for yourself and the company;
• Demonstrated ability to lead a high performing team, guiding director level talent to engage and inspire their teams;
• Experience partnering and building relationships across the organization, demonstrating ability translate business needs into actionable plans.
