Senior Director of Credit operations

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1）Overall in charge of the credit business , responsible for the development of closed-loop product operations, risk data research, and the overall profit of the business.
2）Responsible for the company’s digital financial business in strategic markets. leading a business analyst and product team to define product vision, responsible for product roadmap, and product features.
3）Performs in-depth key credit risks and mitigation analysis to determine feasibility of granting credit facilities and recommendation in clear and concise manner to improve loans asset quality.
4）Responsible for taking the lead role in gathering requirements, analysis, managing and participating in change management for credit origination , credit processing, credit administration modules.
5）Lead and drive the team , work with a delivery team throughout the entire product lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS:

1）Master’s degree in finance-related field.
2）10+ years of working experience in performing credit-related fields.
3）Good understanding of end to end cycles of credit and lending.
4）Excellent time management and organisational skills.
5）Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
