JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Senior Director of Finance in Paris or London to lead and drive key financial operations and strategies, reporting directly to the CFO. The Senior Director will have oversight of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), reporting—including preparation for CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) compliance—procurement, treasury management, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic, hands-on approach, working cross-functionally across the organization to support Akeneo’s growth objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have proven experience in corporate finance roles, including FP&A, financial reporting, treasury, procurement and M&A
• You have experience working in the SaaS industry
• You have knowledge of financial regulations, including IFRS/GAAP and familiarity with CSRD or sustainability-related reporting.
• You have experience managing cross-functional finance teams across different regions.
• You have excellent analytical and financial modelling skills (Excel, Google Sheet, Anaplan)
• You have strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.You speak English fluently
