Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Director, International Finance (all genders) to join the
International Finance team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

• Coach, manage and help develop the International Finance team (20 employees) which includes International FP&A and Controlling, Planning Excellence, and Analytics & Modelling subteams.
• Drive the International Finance team strategy to support profitable business growth and FCF generation, and steer critical financial deliverables including; annual budgeting, monthly forecasts, monthly performance reporting and the 5 years strategic business plan.
• Serve as a key business partner to Local CFOs as well as International Business teams through “value” based analytics, portfolio rationalization, and investment proposals.
• Support and continuously improve the preparation of the financial month end closing under Management Reporting and IFRS.
• Ensure that financial figures submied by the Local Business teams are reviewed and contribute towards the improvement of reporting quality.
• Steer and guide the Analytics & Modelling subteam to develop long-term financial models for strategic planning, M&A activities, capital allocation, and cash management.
• Present the annual projections and 5 year business plans accompanied by in-depth analytics to an audience of senior leaders.
• Provide thought leadership behind improving and automating existing data models and business intelligence eorts supporting growth and profitability.
• Be the subject maer expert for International and related performance analytics; understand and analyze related trends (P&L, balance-sheet, Free Cash Flows as well as non-financials).
• Promote collaboration within International finance to drive best practices, standardization and eiciency improvements.
• Execution of ad hoc finance initiatives as & when required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant finance experience with increasing levels of responsibility, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Background in finance, accounting, or any other related field.
• Proven ability to elaborate a team strategy as well as develop/coach talents.
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with peers, subordinates,

executive management & other critical stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal skills, including wrien and oral communication skills.
• Ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment with

competing deadlines.

• Demonstrated excellence in financial analysis and financial model building.
• Hands-on approach with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
• P&L management and/or analysis experience.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a high degree of

autonomy.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Experience in a technology company or high-tech environment.
• Experience with Planning Tools (i.e. Anaplan)
• Experience with Reporting & Consolidation tools (i.e. Onestream).
