BNY Loans Platform provides world-class servicing for loan products, including two business partners: Credit Services and Structured Debt. We combine the best people, processes, and technology to support the loan life cycle from origination to servicing and monitoring.
Loans Platform is responsible for innovative strategy, targeted development, and best-in-class operational execution. The next three years will bring focused attention to building the right long-term platform, including system enhancement and consolidation, comprehensive workflow redesign, and a singular data strategy.

Responsibilities:
THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Manage an area within Product Management. Support multiple products and provide oversight and operational direction in order to deliver innovative products that directly address client needs.
Manage multiple, complex products that may be global in scope. Challenge the status quo.
High-level strategic thinking and decision-making skills. Ability to anticipate upcoming developments in tangential domains/ancillary spaces.
Iterate and innovate on the team’s strategy, learning from the past efforts, industry trends and user insights.
Lead and oversee complex product management projects, budgets, resourcing.
Lead recruitment efforts and manage and develop teams to maximize their collective contributions.
Manage multiple product management groups.
Overseeing the flow of work at the portfolio level and ensuring value delivery.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:
Expertise in portfolio management and Lean-Agile governance.
Experience in the syndicated loan market, private wealth loans, administrative agent, or other loan-type asset classes, or money movement, reconciliations, trading.
Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational strategy.
Ability to balance investment and resources across multiple initiatives.
Use product expertise to provide innovative direction and guidance on product management processes.
Identify, analyze, and manage portfolio-level epics. Partner with enterprise leaders and other stakeholders to align initiatives with organizational strategy.
Contribute to the achievement of Product Management objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred.
15+ years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industries is a plus.
