Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, directs and executes a professional services strategy that supports the ADP Human Capital Management (HCM) vision.
- Elevates and builds HCM domain expertise across the professional services organization.
- Delivers value through superior quality, innovative technology, engaged associates, and client partnerships.
- Works with Business Units Leadership, Sales and Service Leaders, and Implementation Leaders and design services offerings that delivers productivity gains, increases Client Satisfaction (NPS) and drives additional revenue.
- Accountability for maintaining key performance metrics and manages the business to meet all financial and services goals. These goals include YoY Revenue growth, NOI (net operating income), Client Retention, Client Satisfaction in addition to other key metrics and measures.
- Collaboration with Finance to Forecast, Monitor and Manage financials for revenue and costs to meet Profits and Losses (P&L) expectations.
- Continually analyzes operations and services to ensure compliance with internal policies as well industry regulations, standards and best practices.
- Analyze market conditions and trends to ensure services and offering are in line with market demands present and future and adjust existing service offerings as necessary.
- Ongoing evaluation of the fee structure to ensure billable hours are aligned with industry standards and generate appropriate consulting fees.
- Represents ADP and the Professional Services Organization in relations with clients at the highest level.
- Understands the perspective of the client and takes actions that address their needs appropriately with the execution of all professional services engagements
- Develops and articulates the strategic service delivery direction of billable Client Advisory Services in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ensures the client service, strategy and critical business issues are successfully delivered from the scoping of the Statement of Work to the execution of the advisory services at the client level.
- Develop and execute large scale engagements for existing clients with the goal to improve operational efficiency, standardize and optimize current solution
- Keeps the organization’s vision and strategic plan at the forefront of decision making. Develops and communicates clearly defined service goals and measured expectations.
- Develops strong working relationships with third party integration providers and internal teams to offer integration services to ADP clients.
- Pro-actively manages job pipeline with internal sales partners and external third-party providers to ensure superior client experience and satisfaction.
- Works closely with the Sales and Client Loyalty organizations to drive Integration services and Advisory Services engagement sales pipeline.
- Collaborates with those outside formal line of authority to accomplish organizational goals, i.e. Service, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Legal/Compliance across Major Accounts.
- Builds a strong team of HCM Domain Experts and Leaders via staffing, performance management, development planning, and associate engagement.
- Determines training requirements and ensures that the necessary training and/or certifications are completed to enhance the knowledge and expertise.
- Ensures the organizational structure is appropriate for supporting current and future business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science preferred.
- 10+ years of work experience as a leader of professional services teams.
- Conversant with both fixed price and time & material projects.
- Managed a Professional Services P&L.
- Experience in deploying new technology to enhance productivity and client experience.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills are required.
- Ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally is essential.
- Ability to generate and implement concepts, ideas, and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment is necessary.
- Bilingual would be an asset.
