Responsibilities:
The Senior Director leads the retention team with direct responsibility for the overall retention strategy of the Dow Jones subscriber base, which spans across all B2C products and services. Specifically, the Senior Director will drive the subscriber journey through some of the most impactful points of the subscriber lifecycle, which includes developing a frictionless renewal process. The Senior Director will also build and optimize a holistic retention pricing strategy across all B2C brands, products, and services increasing lifetime value and reducing churn of subscribers for The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, MarketWatch and Investors Business Daily.
The Wall Street Journal is the definitive source of news and information through the lens of business, finance, economics and money, global forces that shape the world and are key to understanding it. Barron’s covers U.S. financial information, market developments, and relevant statistics, while MarketWatch provides financial information, business news, analysis, and stock market data.
This new hire will report to the VP, Engagement & Retention and works cross-functionally with teams across Dow Jones (Acquisition Marketing, Audience & Insights, CRM, Customer Service, Data Science, Finance, Product, Technology).
The Senior Director will work on-site in our NYC office 3 days each week.
