Senior Director, Strategic Insights - 9 months assignment

OPENING PARAGRAPH:

A part of the Coca-Cola Europe-wide Strategy team, the Strategic Insights & Analysis team is in charge of bringing a holistic understanding of our business environment to the European organization, by providing a relevant and comprehensive set of insights. We contribute to identifying and prioritizing opportunities for growth as well as refining our strategies, both leveraging existing datasets and creating new research. The key focus areas of the team are strategic planning, competitive intelligence, horizon scanning, shopper research, analytics, innovative tools and methodologies, support to cross-functional strategic projects, and capability building. We work in close collaboration with multiple teams, including Human Insights, in-market Strategy teams, Commercial teams, Finance, Platform Services, etc. as well as our European bottlers.

BUILDING FUTURE INSIGHT CAPABILITIES

• Lead the evolution of our research capabilities and insights tools required for the future, in connection with global expert teams.
• Identify opportunities to leverage new digital tools and AI in the development of insights, and supervise the implementation of new solutions.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

• Up to 25% of travel required
