Description:
We are seeking a Senior Director for our Patient & Site Centric Solutions (PSCS) organization to drive strategic expansion, particularly in high-potential markets across Europe. This role is essential for defining and implementing our global expansion strategy, engaging with key stakeholders, evaluating growth strategies, and enhancing revenue generation.

- Integrated Sites Recruitment & Engagement Solutions: Advanced tools for site recruitment and engagement.
- Enhanced Digital Patient Engagement: Improved digital tools for patient journey and content animation.
- Superior Patient Convenience: Support for alternative site solutions like mobile research units and community site integration.
- Greater Insights & Advocacy: Expanded geographic and therapeutic site networks, and enhanced patient insights and advocacy.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 15+ years of relevant clinical research experience with a multi-regional and global focus.
- Expertise in Patient Recruitment and Retention, Clinical Site Relationships, and related services.
- Demonstrated knowledge in innovative Patient Centric Solutions
- In-depth understanding of study, project, and drug development processes.
- Proven experience navigating legal and regulatory frameworks in clinical research.
- Skills:
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven influencing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global environment to achieve quality and timeline metrics.

Responsibilities:
- Be a thought leader in the area, driving innovation and best practices.
- Develop and define country expansion strategies for PSCS, incorporating both organic and inorganic growth plans for sustainable development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on legal, regulatory, and operational aspects of country expansions.
- Partner with senior leadership to establish long-term objectives and performance metrics.
- Support the strategic development of the department.
- Provide strategic updates on monthly goal achievements to executive stakeholders.
- Oversee departmental budget analysis and collaborate with Finance to develop comprehensive financial models and strategic plans.
- Serve as a member of the PSCS Leadership team, ensuring cross-functional collaboration to support growth plans.
