Description:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors’ degree
- At least 5 years of experience in Display marketing, planning and implementing SEM strategies utilizing Google and Microsoft Ad platforms
- At least 4 year of experience analyzing and evaluating campaign performance
- “Self-starter”, strong organizational skills, ownership mentality, ability to prioritize workloads, and fast learner of new digital marketing and SEM specific technology tools
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition
- Ability to work with high-performing team mates, as well as partners across the enterprise
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 7 years of experience in Display Marketing marketing with responsibilities overseeing high volume and multi-million dollar media budgets
- DV360 and CM360 certified
- Experience in other channels including: Direct Deals and DOOH
- Experience in project management
- Experience using SQL

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute campaign strategy and testing, including: creative, landing page, audience strategies, and channel expansion testing
- Monitor Paid Media Marketing trends and generate insights to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and optimization
- Daily management of display campaigns from planning & execution to analysis and reporting
- Carry out campaign management tasks including: strategy, optimization, trafficking, budget control and forecasting
- Analyze, interpret, and share campaign results, disseminate learnings, identify opportunities, and propose recommendations to improve future campaign performance
- Coordinate across internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Brand Marketing, Creative, Customer Experience, Business Analytics, Data, Technology etc. to execute Display media strategies end-to-end
